there were archives for spoken conversations. I wish I could type in a search phrase and then filter through the results to see what exactly I’ve said, and exactly what other people said, about that topic. I think it would be pretty cool and awfully convenient, too.

The goal is to launch a beta of Cirqueti this week. It’ll start slim - with a small group of writers I know and love - and then in the following weeks I’ll expand outward to Hacker News and Tumblr users.
I think our splash page is the sexiest thing that’s ever been made online, though other people disagree.
Am I on the beta list? I’m antsy to see this thing in action.

Day 1: I was very tired. We toured Brown U, but were thwarted slightly in our efforts by a tour guide whose looks contrasted pretty well with her lack of helpfulness. That night, we stayed in an excellent hotel bordering the Huson River. My soul was still for the waters.

Now that I think about it, I’m not so sure I would want to go back to simpler times. That red paint looks uncomfortable.

unalone: It’s being published with Lulu - they have very nice publishing deals and they ship to anywhere in the world, which is always nice. That should be available fairly soon - I’m getting an advance copy early next week, and if I like it then it will be on sale immediately from Lulu’s store.
